DIY: Geo-hanging Wedding Photo Gallery
We love a fancy wedding album—in a beautiful glass box or a leather-bound book, a framed wall gallery, etc. But not all displays should be formal. And that's exactly where this fun hanging wedding gallery DIY comes in.

The best part about this DIY is that most of the materials needed are probably things you have lying around at home. Let's get started!
What You Need
Painter's Tape (easy to remove if you mess up)
Translucent fishing line/jewelry cord (we like .10in cord)
Traceable objects in a variety of shapes (think: coasters, business cards, etc.)
A ruler (optional)
Scissors
A sharp pencil
Xacto blade/knife (optional)
Step 1
Assemble the prints you want to display and decide which shapes would be best. Trace (with an extra-sharp pencil) an object on the back of each print.
Step 2
With a sharp pair of scissors, carefully cut the outline.
Step 3
Using either a sharp pencil or an Xacto knife (our preference), place a small hole in the top center of the photo.
Step 4
Assemble your newly cut prints on a flat surface and arrange them to your liking. Cut the translucent cord about 1-2 inches longer than your intended display, and be sure to account for the desired space between each photo.
Step 5
Tie a knot (with some room for hanging/clipping) on the top of the first photo. Then, thread the rest of the photos from front to back. Place a piece of painter's tape over the cord, on the back of each photo, to keep it in place.

Hang 'em up! We created two strips with roughly 1.5 inches between each photo. The top of each collection was clipped with a small binder clip and hung from a simple, small nailhead.
