If you’ve gotta have the trifecta—Save-the-Dates, Invitations, and Programs—then just adjust the volume. For Save-the-Dates, consider printing a simple, non-embossed postcard or a small magnet. For invitations, you can easily cut out multiple pages by storing directions, accommodation information, and even RSVPs on a free wedding website. Regardless of what you want, shop around.
GO ALL-INCLUSIVE.
No, not necessarily the honeymoon. When you’re choosing a venue, consider ones that have things like tables, chairs, linens, and flatware included (there are more out there thank you think) or for rent at a lower cost than competitors. Not only will it save you some serious cash, it keeps the vendor list manageable and contained.
CALL THE D.J.
Cut out the big band—they usually come with technical costs and take up a big chunk of your dance floor. That’s not to say you should hire any D.J.—they can make or break the mood, so find a good one, and curate the playlist yourself if you want. You’ll still come out ahead.
